  • What is the recommended amount of therapy sessions I should have?
    Everyone's therapy experience is different. Some clients find they meet their desired goals within 4-6 months. While others decide to continue therapy for much longer for ongoing support to work through challenges. Ultimately, you have the choice to decide what is best for you on your healing journey.

  • Can you tell me more about the free consultation call?
    Your complimentary consultation is an informal call with Tatyana to gain a sense of her personality and determine if she is the right therapist for you. Also, during this call, Tatyana will learn more about your desires to come to therapy and share how she can support you on your journey.
  • Do you offer a sliding scale?
    Yes! It is our desire to make our services accessible in the best way possible in consideration of your financial needs. During your consultation call, please feel free to share your financial circumstances to determine your eligibility for a reduced rate. In other cases, if you are unable to afford therapy out-of-pocket after attending at least 6-8 sessions consecutively, here are a few alternative financial options to still work towards your goals: Bi-weekly sessions Monthly sessions It is our goal that you gain the most out of your therapy journey by building and maintaining momentum to experience progression and change in your life!
